I am happy to announce my new teaching position as Adjunct Professor of Architecture at the University of Texas, Austin. This Fall I will teaching Design Studio I.
Studio Autoforma together w/ Studio Mode will be designing a permanent installation at the Mexican American Cultural Center. We are honored to take part in this important addition to the MACC and are excited about collaborating with Studio Mode.

I had the great opportunity of working on this project w/ Mr. Travis Hughbanks while at C +R, and am very happy to see the materialization of this very important permanent installation located beneath IH35 between 6th – 8th Streets and connecting Austin’s East and West Sides.

Studio Autoforma recently participated in the Barkitecture show held annually in the Second St. Dist., Downtown Austin. Our entry “Para-Perro” came away with the prize for “Most Unusual”. I would like to thank all of those who contributed and supported the work:

I am happy to announce that I have been appointed a member of the University of Texas, San Antonio faculty. Beginning this Summer I will teaching in both the Undergraduate and Graduate School, teaching Design Studio and Visual Communication.
Studio Autoforma and Studio Mode were selected as “Alternate” for the Mexican American Cultural Center, Arts In Public Places. Sponsored by the City of Austin. Congratulations to Margarita Cabrera who edged us of in the selection.
Work has begun for the IH35 Makeover project in Austin Texas. I was fortunate to part take in this great project while with Cotera + Reed Architects, and look forward to experiencing it soon.
